In 2021, our materials laboratory successfully developed domestic carbon-based semiconductor materials after hundreds of experiments. The material combined with special process technology, the temperature coefficient of resistance material can reach 200ppm/℃, which ensures the stability of the product in high and low temperature environment. The short-term temperature resistance of the material can reach 350 ℃, which makes the products using the material have high power performance. The introduction of this type of material completely broke the monopoly of foreign technology in high-end carbon-based low-temperature film resistance materials, and realized the nationwide application of all resin components and carbon materials. Combined with our experience in the development of wear-resistant carbon paste, while improving the surface electron jump ability of resistance materials, this type of carbon pulp products have good surface contact performance. The product's low-temperature drift ability, high contact performance (reflecting high seismic capacity), and high service life (the wear resistance of this type of slurry still has excellent resistance stability after the initial 1 million life cycles, thus ensuring the output accuracy of the product).
Our products have stable contact performance, small contact resistance, low temperature drift, low noise, good repeatability and stable linearity. Combined with the technical advantages of the aerospace industry, our products perform better than most potentiometers and sensors on the market in this application. In some aspects of performance, our sensor performance reaches and surpasses the first-line brands in Europe and America, and solves the quality defects in some key product applications troubled by the domestic market.
